How much does it cost to hire a mobile cocktail bar in Brisbane?
Every event is unique, so we tailor each proposal to your guest numbers, event duration and service requirements. Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a large-scale corporate event, we'll recommend the package that best suits your vision without charging for inclusions you don't need.
Do you supply alcohol?
Mr Mixer is a BYO mobile cocktail bar. You supply the alcohol, while we handle everything else—from menu planning and personalised shopping lists to professional cocktail preparation and service. Our BYO approach gives you complete control over your drinks selection while helping you avoid venue mark-ups.
What events do you cater for?
We provide premium mobile bartending for weddings, engagement parties, birthdays, corporate events, product launches, EOFY celebrations, Christmas parties and private functions across Brisbane and South East Queensland. Every event is tailored to suit your style, guest list and venue.
Can you help us work out how much alcohol to buy?
Absolutely. Every booking includes a personalised shopping list based on your guest numbers, event duration and cocktail menu. We'll calculate exactly how much alcohol, mixers, garnishes and ice you'll need, so you can purchase with confidence and minimise waste.
What areas do you service?
Mr Mixer provides mobile cocktail bar hire throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and surrounding South East Queensland. If your event is outside our standard service area, we're happy to discuss travel arrangements.
Do you provide glassware, ice and bar equipment?
Yes. Depending on your chosen package, we can provide premium European glassware, ice, mixers, garnishes and all professional bar equipment required to deliver a seamless cocktail experience. We'll discuss exactly what's included during the quoting process.
Can you create a custom cocktail menu?
Of course. Alongside our signature cocktails and timeless classics, we can create a bespoke menu tailored to your event, favourite flavours or brand. Every menu is designed to complement the atmosphere of your celebration.
Are your bartenders RSA certified and insured?
Yes. Every member of the Mr Mixer team holds a current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, and we carry public liability insurance for complete peace of mind.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weddings and end-of-year corporate events, as popular dates can book out months in advance. If your event is approaching, we'd still love to hear from you—we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries where availability allows.
